The contact and address details provided by the Buyer on tr.majouri.com shall be taken as basis. The Buyer acknowledges that MAJOURI products are sold on this website by the Seller.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product specified in the order.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product information consists of the type, quantity, model, color, amount, sale price, and payment method confirmed at checkout.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS

4.1. The Buyer confirms reading and accepting the main features, price, payment, and delivery details of the product on the website electronically.

4.2. The product shall be delivered within the statutory period not exceeding 30 days.

4.3. Shipping costs are paid separately by the Buyer.

4.4. The Seller may adjust prices or products due to market/stock conditions. Out-of-stock items will be refunded via iyzico payment infrastructure.

4.5. If delivery to a third party is rejected, the Seller is not responsible, and delivery will be directed to the Buyer's main address.

4.6. Cosmetics and personal care products can only be returned if packaging is unopened, untested, and undamaged.

4.7. The Seller is responsible for delivering products in good condition and according to specifications.

4.8. Payment completion via iyzico or approved methods is mandatory for delivery.

4.9. If credit card payment is unauthorized post-delivery, the Buyer must reimburse the product price immediately.

4.10. Force majeure events allow order cancellation with refunds processed within 14 days.

4.11. The Buyer must inspect items upon delivery and refuse defective shipments with an official carrier report.

4.12. Defective goods entitle the Buyer to full refunds or replacements.

4.13. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts hold jurisdiction over disputes.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt without stating reasons by contacting marketing@majouri.com or 0090 (549) 554 12 20.

5.2. Returned items must be unopened, unused, complete with original box and invoice. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt.

6. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Cosmetics and personal care items (perfumes, room/car fragrances) with opened seals, boxes, or tested contents cannot be returned.
