MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Agreement is executed between Maison De Maa Kozmetik Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as "Majouri") and the user registering on the tr.majouri.com website ("Site"), referred to as the ("Member"), under the following terms and conditions.

Upon completing the registration process on the Site, the Member may start using the Site by entering their email address and password, provided that they comply with the terms specified in this Agreement.

If this Agreement is concluded on behalf of a legal entity, the person executing the Agreement declares, accepts, and warrants that they are fully authorized to perform such a transaction on behalf of said legal entity; otherwise, they shall be personally liable for all resulting actions and obligations.

1. Rights and Obligations of the Member

1.1. Majouri is open to the use of anyone who registers on the Site. Membership services provided through the Site are free of charge.

1.2. The Member accepts, declares, and undertakes to act in compliance with all terms specified in this Agreement and the rules outlined in relevant parts of the Site during their usage.

1.3. The Member agrees to comply with the Turkish Code of Obligations, Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), relevant legislation, and all announcements published by Majouri. Any legal, criminal, or financial liability arising from unauthorized use belongs solely to the Member.

1.4. The Member declares that the personal and other information provided during registration or checkout is accurate and up to date, and undertakes to immediately and fully indemnify Majouri for all damages incurred due to false or inaccurate information.

1.5. The Member shall not copy, sell, share, or reproduce any copyrighted works belonging to Majouri hosted on the Site under any circumstances.

2. Rights and Obligations of Majouri

2.1. Majouri reserves the right to suspend the Member's access or terminate membership in cases where false, incomplete, misleading, or immoral information is detected, or if security threats arise.

2.2. Majouri will store Member data in accordance with KVKK and its Privacy Policy. Data will not be used for commercial purposes outside of its business activities.

2.3. When using a credit card for product payments, the Member agrees that card information will be shared with the iyzico secure payment infrastructure and relevant financial institutions solely for the purpose of completing the transaction.

3. Membership Cancellation and Termination

3.1. Account cancellation and deletion can be requested by sending a written notification to marketing@majouri.com or by calling the support line at 0090 (549) 554 12 20.

3.2. If the Member wishes to unsubscribe from the e-newsletter, they can terminate their subscription at any time using the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of the sent emails.

4. General Provisions and Competent Court

4.1. The validity, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and Istanbul Çağlayan (Central) Courts and Execution Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
